Will joined Codman Academy in 2013 as an Inclusion Associate before transitioning into the role of Lead Humanities Teacher in the HLI in 2015. He first met the students and staff of Codman Academy during their three-day retreat to Camp Merrowvista, where he worked with the American Youth Foundation for several years practicing hands-on, experiential education, and enkindling his spirit for youth development. Since starting at Codman, Will has moved toward accommodating and teaching those with the greatest learning struggles. Will holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Ithaca College.
