After serving as a founding teacher and administrator at MATCH Charter High School (2000-2004), Mark spun off its high-impact tutorial program as Founder and Executive Director of Tutors for All (T4A). In thirteen years, T4A recruited, trained, and supported thousands of Boston-area undergraduates as work-study and volunteer tutors in over a dozen public Boston school programs, including City on a Hill (2005-2009) and Codman itself (2008-2016).
