Soyica joined Codman in 2024 as the K-8 principal. Originally from South Florida, she has taught and led in Boston Public Schools since 2018. Combined, Soyica has over 20 years of teaching and leading experience across elementary and middle school grade levels with a focused study of multiple pedagogies including Reggio Emilia and Montessori. Soyica is a passionate learner of content rich teaching practices and trauma informed learning environments that ensure equity and excellence for all learners.
